In case you are using USB or LAN cables, try reconnecting the cables. If the connection is not set up properly, your printer simply won’t print the document. HP printers can be connected to your PC via USB, Wi-Fi or LAN cables. Wait some time till the troubleshooter diagnoses the issue and solves the problem.Select your printer profile and then click Next.Open HP Print and Scan Doctor app on your PC.It is very effective in solving almost all the issues with your printer and does not even require your effort to implement the fixes. This application helps you diagnose any issues with the HP printer and also automatically apply the necessary fixes. Follow the guidance on the screen before taping Retry.

Select how your printer is connected by opening the hp scan doctor, e.g.USB.Now try to fix the problem by clicking the Connect button in HP Scan Doctor.

If still not successful, click “My product is not listed” again and confirm that it is enabled. It will search for the printer and find it. The tool will prompt you to turn off the printer.

If the problem is the printer is not listed in HP Print and Scan Doctor or there is a connection problem in HP Scan Doctor and wireless connection, click the My product is not listed option.

Choose the printer from the list and tap Next in the hp scan doctor software.

On the Welcome screen that is displayed, click the Start tab to view all available printers (since you have installed this software on your computer).
